While I understand the authors sentiment given todays political climate, its quite a leap to suggest torching the Constitution. Wouldnt it be more feasible to adapt and amend it? I mean, its a living document, right? Its been altered before and can be again. Just food for thought.
While its a provocative question, Torching the Constitution seems extreme. Could we not consider evolving it instead? It was written in a different era with different societal norms. Instead of completely discarding it, how about adapting it to fit our modern context? Weve amended it before, why stop now?
